I ran across this online book today while researching MD State Auto Camps. It looks like fun! It can be read online or downloaded for free.

Steve,

The most interesting thing for me was the comprehensive campground listing and road descriptions. You have to wonder how he compiled it. Looking at my state (Washington) I can't imagine how many sources he had to access, and in 1923 there was no internet....heck, the telephone was still a novelty!
