A Day of Tasters

What does it feel like to work with metal? A Day of Tasters are 90-minute workshops. While, the workshops gives an introduction to the metalworking processes of welding, blacksmithing, casting, and enameling! Mix and match tasters to create your own class schedule for the day.
$50 per session | Beginner | Ages 15 and up
Blacksmithing: Make a taper and/or a hook using a coal forge, hammer, and anvil.
MIG Welding: Learn how arc welding works and complete a small project during this workshop and demonstration.
Casting: Create and cast a personalized name plaque that can be made into a badge, magnet, or keychain.
Enameling: Make a pair of earrings, a pendant, or an ornament using basic enameling techniques. Enameling is the process of fusing powdered glass to metal.
