Franklin County Field Days, a 44-year Vermont tradition, features midway rides and games, live music, and livestock events. Certainly, horse shows, a demolition derby, truck and tractor pulls, ATV drag racing, children’s entertainment, and poker. Furthermore, exhibits, Homemakers Building demonstrations, make-and-take crafts, favorite fair food and more.
The $10 pay-one-price admission includes unlimited rides, parking, entertainment and track events.
Highlights include Demolition Derby and Minivan Mash-up (6:30 p.m.), Jamie Lee Thurston (8:30 p.m.) on Thursday. Also, Oxen Pulling (9:30 a.m.), The Old Man Garage Band (11 a.m.), Truck Pulls (6 p.m.), Bad Horsey (7:30 p.m.) on Friday. Even more, Open Dairy Show (10 a.m.), Friction (2 p.m.), 13th Annual Gymkhana (6 p.m.), Tractor Pulls (6 p.m.), and Neon Spoon & Company (7:30 p.m.) on Saturday. Finally, Draft Horse Pull (9:30 a.m.), Garden Tractor Pull (10 a.m.), Keeghan Nolan (noon), ATV Drag Race (12:15 p.m.), and Kids Demo Derby (2 p.m.) on Sunday.
The fair opens at 10 a.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Also, Midway hours are 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Friday. Furthermore, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sunday.
