F.I.R.E. Family Fun Day

In conjunction with the 5th annual F.I.R.E. Conference, F.I.R.E. Family Fun Day is all about casting! Learn about the metal casting process through hands-on activities. Furthermore, browse a pop-up exhibition on the bluff. Also, watch as the foundry artists pour molten iron. Above all, it’s a fun and educational day for people of all ages!
SCHEDULE
10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Family Fun Activities
10 a.m. – 3 p.m., Make Your Own: Art Tile [While supplies last]
11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Food Truck
1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m., Iron Pour [Times are estimates. While, actual times may vary depending on the furnace and the number of molds.]
